JOB POSITION: LEGAL SPECIALIST
Job Position Responsibilities
- Drafting of the company’s legal documentation, including: correspondence, requests, notices, internal regulations, and other organizational acts.
- Drafting and preparation of various contracts in accordance with the applicable legislation, such as: sales contracts, purchase contracts, cooperation agreements, employment contracts, etc.
- Preparation of powers of attorney and various authorizations according to the needs of the company.
- Continuous monitoring of procurement portals to identify new tenders suitable for the company.
- Drafting and preparation of the necessary documentation for participation in public and private tenders, both national and international.
- Maintenance and updating of the legal procurement archive and preparation of internal reports.
- Continuous monitoring of changes in Albanian legislation and their implementation in practice, in line with the company’s activity.
- Implementation of legal and administrative procedures in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
Qualification Criteria
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Law.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the legal field and public procurement; experience in the private sector is considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the e-procurement system and the use of digital tendering platforms.
- Very good knowledge of civil, commercial, and administrative legislation.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with effective task management skills.
